It is important that CATS receive a
variety of fresh, raw foods including muscle meat, organs,
essential fatty acids (EFAs), and meaty bones for a healthy mouth
and all the nutritional benefits. We recommend feeding three to
four proteins overall, keeping fish as a less often fed protein.
All of Fresh Start's protein choices can be fed mixed with an
holistic supplement designed for cats, one example is: Instincts
TC by Feline Future. For a complete list of all of Fresh Start's
products (designed for both feline and canine carnivores) visit
our PRODUCTS page, and visit

cat care.

Ashley Ashley (shown here at age 13 in 2004) was
converted to raw food at the age of 9 years. She is the picture of
health and youthful vitality; her teeth and gums are clean &
fresh, her coat is glossy & non-shedding, no fleas or parasites,
and she still plays with ALL the energy of a kitten. Her meals are
enriched with variety; organ meats, small meaty bones, occasional
fresh organic egg yolk, essential oils (EFAs), herbs and finely
ground greens in small amounts, nutritional supplements, filtered
water, and many whole and ground meats - chicken, turkey, beef,
lamb, venison, elk, bison - and only rarely a small portion of
herring. She LOVES to eat and usually is bursting with excitement
both before and after her meal. |
|
Her favourite meals are fed outside
on the lawn with her LabRAWdors, all chomping happily together on
their meaty bones. Happiness is being Ashley! |
